Ingredients:
1 lbsGround turkey
1/2 cupSeasoned bread crumbs
1 cupPace Picante Sauce
1 tspOregano leaves, crushed
4 Garlic cloves, minced
1 medZucchini, thinly sliced
1 cupThinly sliced mushrooms
1 smallGreen pepper, chopped
1 tbspOlive oil
1 canTomato paste (6 oz)
1/3 cupSliced ripe olives
1/4 cupGrated Parmesan cheese
1 cupShredded mozzarella cheese
Procedures:

2A real family pleaser, the ground turkey "crust" is filled with pizza-flavored vegetables and cheese.
3Combine turkey, crumbs, ?cup of the pace picante sauce, ?teaspoon of the oregano and 2 cloves garlic in medium bowl; mix well.
4Press onto bottom and sides of 9" pie plate.
5Bake at 350°F.
620 minutes.
7While shell is baking, cook vegetables and remaining garlic in oil in 10" skillet 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8Stir in remaining ?cup pace picante sauce, tomato paste, olives and remaining ?teaspoon oregano.
9Simmer 5 minutes or until thickened.
10Stir in parmesan cheese; spoon into baked shell.
11Top with mozzarella cheese; return to oven 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
12Serve with additional pace picante sauce
