Ingredients:
1 9" pastry shell, baked
8 ozCream cheese, softened
1 canSweetened condensed milk
1/3 cupReaLemon Lemon Juice
1 tspVanilla extract
20 ozSliced apples, WELL DRAINED
1/4 cupRed cinnamon candies
6 tbspWater
2 tspCornstarch
Procedures:
1In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
2Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
3Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
4Pour into prepared pastry shell.
5Arrange apple slices over filling.
6In small saucepan, over low heat, dissolve cinnamon candies in ?cup water.
7Stir together remaining 2 tbs.
8Water and cornstarch; add to cinnamon mixture.
9Cook and stir until mixture thickens and boils.
10Remove from heat; cool slightly.
11Drizzle over apples.
12Chill 3 hours or until set.
13Refrigerate leftovers
