Ingredients:
1 cupAM Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1/2 cupAM Oat Bran
1/2 tspSea salt (optional)
1/4 cupCorn oil
3 tbspIce cold water
Procedures:
1Combine first three ingredients.
2Stir in oil and crumble with hands while adding water.
3Form into a ball and roll out between two sheets of wax paper.
4Place into a lightly oiled pie pan and prick with a fork.
5For pre-cooked crust, bake at 350°F. for 25 minutes.
