Ingredients:
2 cupChopped cranberries
1/2 cupChopped walnuts
1/2 cupSugar
2 largeEggs
3/4 cupMelted and cooled butter
1 cupSugar
1 cupFlour
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspAlmond extract
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Combine the chopped cranberries, walnuts and ?cup sugar and mix well.
3Put in the bottom of a buttered 10 inch pie plate or springform pan.
4Combine eggs, butter, sugar, flour, salt, and almond extract.
5Stir the batter until smooth and pour over the cranberry-walnut mixture.
6Bake the cake/pie in the middle of the oven for 40 minutes, or until tester comes out clean.
