Ingredients:
1/3 cupButter
1 cupLight corn syrup
3 Eggs
1 tspVanilla
1/4 tspSalt
1 cupDark brown sugar
1 cupPecan halves
Procedures:
1In 1 quart glass measuring bowl (i use pyrex), melt 1/3 c butter, usually 30 seconds on high.
2Stir in remaining ingredients.
3Pour into baked pie crust shell.
4Cook on medium, 18 to 20 minutes.
5Turn once during cooking.
6Hints: white sugar is made by removing the molasses, so i simply reverse the process to make my own brown sugar.
7Add as much or as little molasses to your white sugar as you like.
