Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupPretzels, finely crushed
1 1/3 cupSugar
1/2 cupButter, melted
1 Lime, zested (outer green
-part grated off)
1/2 cupLime juice, freshly squeezed
14 ozCan sweetened condensed milk
2 tbspGold tequila
2 tbspTriple sec
1 cupHeavy cream, whipped
2 Drops green food coloring
-(optional)
1/2 cupHeavy cream, whipped
12 Pretzels
12 Mint leaves
Procedures:
1In a medium bowl place the crushed pretzels, sugar, and melted butter.
2Mix the ingredients together well and press them into a 9" buttered pie pan.
3Chill the crust in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
4In another medium bowl place the lime zest, lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, tequila, and triple sec.
5Mix the ingredients together.
6Fold in the 1 cup of heavy cream, whipped, and the green food coloring.
7Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
8Freeze the pie for 4 hours.
9Decorate the pie with the ?cup of whipped cream, pretzels, and mint leaves.
