Ingredients:
1 Mama's Southern Pastry
1 lbsRhubarb, cut fine
2 Apples, sliced thin
1/4 cupBrown Sugar
Procedures:
1Line piepan with pastry.
2Place rhubarb in bottom, cover with apples and sprinkle sugar over all.
3Cover with top crust and bake in a very hot oven (450°F) for 10 minutes.
4Reduce heat to moderate (350°F) and bake 40 minutes longer or until fruit is tender
