| tsp | Lemon juice | | 6
| pack | Sweet 'n Low?sweetener | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla | | 1/4
| cup | Pineapple juice | | 1
| pack | Gelatin powder, unsweetened | | 3/4
| cup | Crushed pineapple in juice | | | Drained | | | Cinnamon | | 1/4
| cup | Wheat germ -- or crushed | | | Cereal |

Procedures:
| 1 | Blend cheese, egg whites, sweet and low, lemon juice and vanilla in food processor. | | 2 | Dissolve geletin in pineapple juice, blend into cheese mixture. | | 3 | Stir in pineapple and cinnamon. | | 4 | Spray 9" pie plate with pam. | | 5 | Sprinkler wheat germ over. | | 6 | Pour in cheese mixture, bake 30 min. at 350. | | 7 | Let cool before cutting, recipe by : my file |
