Ingredients:
1/4 cupButter
2 Egg
1/2 cupSugar
1/2 cupSugar, brown
1/4 cupFlour
1 Nutmeg
3 tbspCider vinegar
1 9" pie shell, unbaked
Procedures:
1Prepare pie paste and line the buttered pie pan.
2Preheat the oven to 400.
3Melt butter in tin cup; beat eggs in small bowl.
4In large bowl blend both sugars, flour, and nutmeg with fingers until no lumps remain.
5Stir in vinegar, eggs, butter and 1 cup of water until well mixed.
6Pour into pie shell and bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
7Remove and cool until the filling is firm enough for cutting
