Ingredients:
1 1/2 tspSesame oil
1 tspSalt
1 Chicken breast, quartered
1 Egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cupFlour
1 cupVegetable oil
1/4 cupMinced onion
1/2 tspMinced garlic
1/2 tspVinegar
4 tbspChicken broth
Procedures:
1Soft and tender on the inside, crispy on the outside.
2Mix the salt and ?teaspoon of sesame oil together.
3Smear the chicken pieces with this mixture and allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
4Dip chicken pieces into lightly beaten egg.
5Dust them with flour.
6Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and lay the chicken pieces into it.
7Keep swirling the pan so that the pieces won"t stick.
8Saute for 5 minutes on each side.
9Remove chicken and set on plate.
10Mix onion, garlic, vinegar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil and chicken broth.
11Heat and pour over the chicken pieces.
12If this is properly prepared, the chicken will will be soft and tender on the inside and crispy on the outside
