Ingredients:

| tsp | Sesame oil | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| | Chicken breast, quartered | | 1
| | Egg, lightly beaten | | 1/2
| cup | Flour | | 1
| cup | Vegetable oil | | 1/4
| cup | Minced onion | | 1/2
| tsp | Minced garlic | | 1/2
| tsp | Vinegar | | 4
| tbsp | Chicken broth |

Procedures:
| 1 | Soft and tender on the inside, crispy on the outside. | | 2 | Mix the salt and ?teaspoon of sesame oil together. | | 3 | Smear the chicken pieces with this mixture and allow to marinate for 10 minutes. | | 4 | Dip chicken pieces into lightly beaten egg. | | 5 | Dust them with flour. | | 6 | Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and lay the chicken pieces into it. | | 7 | Keep swirling the pan so that the pieces won"t stick. | | 8 | Saute for 5 minutes on each side. | | 9 | Remove chicken and set on plate. | | 10 | Mix onion, garlic, vinegar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil and chicken broth. | | 11 | Heat and pour over the chicken pieces. | | 12 | If this is properly prepared, the chicken will will be soft and tender on the inside and crispy on the outside |
