Ingredients:
1 cupGraham cracker crumbs
3 tbspMelted Margarine
2 tbspNutraSweet (r) Spoonful (tm)
1 1/4 ozEnvelope Unflavored gelatin
1 3/4 cupSkim milk
8 oz(1) Pk Reduced Fat Cream
-Cheese, Softened
1/3 cupTo ?c fresh lime juice
1/2 cupNutraSweet(r)Spoonfull(tm)

Procedures:
1Combine graham cracker crumbs, margarine and 2 tbl nutrasweet (r) spoonfull (tm) in bottom of 7-inch springform pan; pat evenly on bottom and ?inch up the side of the pan.
2Sprinkle gelatin over ?cup of the milk in a small saucepan; let stand 2 to 3 minutes.
3Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved.
4Beat cream cheese until fluffy in small bown; beat in remaining 1 ?cups milk and the gelatin mixture.
5Mix in lime juice and ?cup nutrasweet (r) spoonful (tm).
6Refrigerate pie until set, about 2 hours.
7To serve: loosen side of poie for pan with small spatula and remove side of pan.
8Place pie on serving plate; garnish with lime slices and mint.
