Ingredients:
15 ozPumpkin
12 ozEvaporated milk
2 Eggs
2 tspVanilla
1 cupBisquick
1/2 cupSugar
1 tbspPumpkin pie spice
3/4 cupPecans, chopped
SPICED TOPPING
1 1/2 cupCool whip, thawed
1/4 tspPumpkin pie spice
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 350°F.
2Grease 10" pie plate.
3Beat all ingredients except pecans and topping, until smooth, 1 minute in blender or 2 minutes by hand; stir in pecans.
4Pour into pie plate.
5Bake 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
6Mix the cool whip well with the pie spice; spread over pie.
7Garnish with additional pecans if desired
