Ingredients:

| cup | Fresh strawberries, washed | | 1 1/2
| cup | Water | | 4
| tbsp | Corn starch | | | And stemmed. | | 1
| cup | Sugar | | 1/2
| tsp | Red food coloring. |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a glass mixing bowl, mash up strawberries. | | 2 | Add and mix well together; water, sugar, corn starch, and food coloring. | | 3 | Microwave on high for 5 to 6 min. or until thickened & clear, stirring often. | | 4 | Then stir in 2 c. whole fresh strawberries, pour into prepared pie crust and chill for 2 hours, or until set. | | 5 | Serve with whipped cream or ice cream |
