Ingredients:
3/4 cupAlmonds, toasted
1/2 cupSugar
1/2 cupMargarine, softened
2 Eggs
1/4 tspAlmond extract
2 tbspFlour
1 Unbaked pie shell
2 Granny smith apples
Procedures:
1In food processor, with metal blade, grind almonds with sugar.
2Mix in margarine, eggs, almond extract until thoroughly combined.
3Blend in flour.
4Spoon mixture into pie shell.
5Peel apples.
6Slice.
7Arrange over almond filling.
8Bake pie at 375°F for 50 - 60 minutes, until center is set and crust is golden brown
