Ingredients:
4 largeCroissants, cut into ?inc
-Cubes, or
4 cup?inch cubes french bread
1 cupShredded jarlsberg, swiss or
-Mozzarella cheese (4 ounces
1 1/2 cupDiced cooked chicken
2 Green onions (with tops), sl
1 1/2 cupMilk
3 Eggs
1/2 tspDry mustard
1/2 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Arrange half of the croissant cubes in ungreased square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches.
2Sprinkle with ?cup of the cheese, the chicken and onions.
3Arrange remaining cubes over top.
4Beat milk, eggs, mustard and salt.
5Pour over cubes.
6Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours but no longer than 24 hours.heat oven to 325 degrees.
7Bake uncovered 1 to 1-?hours or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
8Sprinkle with remaining ?cup cheese.
9Bake about 2 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
10Serve immediately.
