| tsp | (to 1 ½t) Peppermint | | | Extract | | 10
| | (to 12) drops Green Food | | | Coloring, optional | | 2
| cup | (1pt) whipping cream, or | | | Whipped topping |

Procedures:
| 1 | In large mixer bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract and, if desired, food coloring. | | 2 | Fold in whipped cream. | | 3 | Turn into crust; cover. | | 4 | Freeze 6 hours or until firm. | | 5 | Garnish as desired. | | 6 | Freeze leftovers. | | 7 | Preparation time: 8 minute |
