Ingredients:

Envelope unflavored gelatin

Sugar

Eggnog

tsp
Rum flavoring
1/2
cup
Heavy cream, whipped
Ds Nutmeg

Chocolate pie crust, chilled
Procedures:

Combine gelatin and sugar in top of double boiler; stir in 1 cup cold eggnog.

Cook and stir over boiling water until gelatin and sugar are dissolved.

Remove from heat; add remaining eggnog and flavoring.

Chill until slightly congealed.

Whip until light and fluffy.

Fold in whipped cream; turn into cookie crust.

Chill until firm.

Garnish with additional whipped cream and nutmeg
