Eggnog pie

Ingredients:
1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
2 tbspSugar
2 1/4 cupEggnog
2 tspRum flavoring
1/2 cupHeavy cream, whipped
Ds Nutmeg
1 Chocolate pie crust, chilled
Procedures:
1Combine gelatin and sugar in top of double boiler; stir in 1 cup cold eggnog.
2Cook and stir over boiling water until gelatin and sugar are dissolved.
3Remove from heat; add remaining eggnog and flavoring.
4Chill until slightly congealed.
5Whip until light and fluffy.
6Fold in whipped cream; turn into cookie crust.
7Chill until firm.
8Garnish with additional whipped cream and nutmeg
