Ingredients:
8 ozTomato sauce
1 tspItalian Seasoning
1/4 tspGarlic powder
1/2 cupCornflake crumbs
1/4 cupParmesan cheese
1 tspParsley flakes
4 Chicken breast halves
1 Egg
1/2 cupMozzarella cheese, shredded
Procedures:
1Servings: 4 in 2 cup measure, mix tomato sauce, italian seasoning and garlic powder.
2Cover loosely, microcook on high 2 minutes, stir, microcook on medium for 4 5 minutes.
3Combine cornflake crumbs, parmesan cheese and parsley flakes.
4Dip chicken in beaten egg, then in crumb mix to coat.
5Arrange on dish, cover with wax paper.
6Microcook medium-high (70%), 5 minutes.
7Rearrange, do not turn over, cover continue cooking for 4 to 9 minutes.
8Pour tomato sauce over chicken, sprinkle with cheese.
9Microcook, uncovered, on high for 2-4 minutes.
10Serve with spinach noodles and garlic toast
