| cup | Cornflake crumbs | | 1/4
| cup | Parmesan cheese | | 1
| tsp | Parsley flakes | | 4
| | Chicken breast halves | | 1
| | Egg | | 1/2
| cup | Mozzarella cheese, shredded |

Procedures:
