Dutch rhubarb pie

Ingredients:
1 Pie shell-9"-uncooked
1 lbsRhubarb-fresh
1 cupSugar
1/3 cupFlour
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspCloves
1/4 tspCinnamon
2/3 cupEvaporated milk
1 tspButter, melted
Procedures:
1Wash and trim rhubarb and cut into ?inch slices-to make about 3 ?cups.
2Place in unbaked pie shell.
3In a small mixing bowl, mix together the sugar, flour, salt and spices.
4Blend in evaporated milk to the melted butter and add to the sugar mixture and pour all, over the rhubarb.
5Bake in a 400" oven for 25 minutes.
6Reduce temp to 375" and continue baking for 25 minutes.
7Cover with foil the last 10 mins to prevent overbrowning of crust.
8Cool and serve. ~-
