Ingredients:
2 Whole chicken breasts
-- (skinned & boned)
-- cut into narrow strips
2 tbspOil
1 largeRed pepper, cut into strips
1/2 lbsMushrooms, sliced
1 cupSliced celery
6 ozPea pods
6 Green onions, sliced
3/4 cupChicken broth
-(regular strength)
1/4 cupHoney
2 tbspSoy sauce
1 tbspVinegar
1 tbspPrepared mustard
5 tspCornstarch
11 ozCanned mandarin oranges

3/4 cupRoasted & chopped hazelnuts
-(Oregon hazelnuts)
Procedures:
1Brown chicken strips in oil until done.
2Add red pepper, mushrooms, celery, pea pods and green onion.
3Cook until tender crisp.
4Add the chicken broth, mixed with the honey, soy sauce, mustard, vinegar and cornstarch.
5Cook until thickened.
6Add the oranges and garnish with hazelnuts.
7Serve with hot cooked rice.
