Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupWater
4 packEqual (or 1T sweetener)
4 1/2 tspCornstarch
2 Eggs
1/3 cupLemon juice
4 Egg whites (meringue)
4 packEqual (meringue)
1 1/2 tspCream of tartar (meringue)
Procedures:
1Cook all ingredients in double boiler until thickened.
2Pour into pie shell.
3Top with meringue which has been beaten stiff.
4Bake 450f for 15 minutes or until golden brown
