Apricot wine

Ingredients:
1 lbsApricot, dried
6 1/2 cupSugar
1 1/2 cupRaisins
2 eachLemon, thinly sliced
1/2 cupYeast
4 quartWater, warm
2 1/4 cupBrown sugar
1 tbspGinger
2 eachOrange, thinly sliced
Procedures:
1Wash the apricots in several waters and then dry them and cut in halves.
2Place in a large crock and pour on the warm water, reserving ?cup of it in which to dissolve the yeast cake.
3Stir in the sugars, fruit, raisins and ginger.
4Then add the dissolved yeast and mix well.
5Cover with top of the crock and let stand for thirty days, stirring the mixture every other day.
6After thirty days strain the mixture and bottle.
