Ingredients:
2 tbspMargarine or butter
4 Skinless boneless chicken br
-Halves (about 1 pound)
1/4 cupFinely chopped onion
2 tbspApple brandy or apple
-Juice
1 cupWhipping (heavy) cream
2 tbspChopped fresh parsley
2 tbspDijon mustard
1/4 cupFinely chopped walnuts
Procedures:
1Chicken breasts in mustard sauce.

3Heat margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
4Add chicken breasts.
5Cook 12 to 14 minutes, turning after 6 minutes, until juices run clear.
6Remove chicken and reserve.add onion and brandy to skillet.
7Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
8Stir in whipping cream, parsley and mustard.
9Cook and stir over medium heat 5 minutes.
10Add chicken and walnuts.
11Heat until hot.
