Cheesy spinach bake

Ingredients:

15	oz	Ricotta cheese
10	oz	Pkg frozen chopped spinach
		Thawed and well drained
1	cup	(4 oz) shredded Mozzarella
		Cheese
1/2	cup	Wheat germ
2		Eggs, beaten
1/4	cup	Chopped onion
1/4	cup	Grated Parmesan cheese
1/8	tsp	Nutmeg

Procedures:

3	Combine ricotta, spinach, mozzarella, wheat germ, eggs, onion, parmesan and nutmeg.
4	Spread into pan.
5	Bake 25-30 minutes, until heated through.
6	Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
7	Cut into 2 ?inch squares.
8	If desired, sprinkle with additional wheat germ.
9	Microwave directions: place mixture in a microwavable 8 inch square pan.
10	Cover with plastic wrap; vent.
11	Microcook on high 8-9 minutes, until heated through, rotating dish a half turn after 4 minutes.
12	Let stand 5 minutes before serving
