Ingredients:

| cup | Buttermilk baking mix | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Paprika | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 4
| | Chicken breast halves | | 4
| | Thin slices cooked ham | | 4
| | Thin slices swiss cheese | | 1/2
| cup | Chicken broth | | 1
| tbsp | Cornstarch | | 1
| cup | Half 'n Half | | 1
| | Minced parsley |

Procedures:
| 1 | Servings: 4 blend baking mix, paprika and pepper. | | 2 | Flatten chicken breasts to ? thickeness blend cornstarch and half "n half. | | 3 | Place ham and cheese on chicken. | | 4 | Roll up from narrow end. | | 5 | Coat with baking mix, place seam side down in 8" round glass baking dish. | | 6 | Cover with wax paper, microcook on high 6 minutes. | | 7 | Add broth, cover, microcook on high 4 minutes. | | 8 | Remove chicken. | | 9 | Add cornstarch mixture to pan juices, stir until smooth. | | 10 | Microcook on high 3-5 minutes, stirring every minute until thickened. | | 11 | Add parsley, stir. | | 12 | Spoon sauce onto plate, top with chicken. | | 13 | Serve with mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower) and hot bread |
