Ingredients:
2 cupCooked beef, cut into ?
Pieces
1/2 cupChopped onion, saluted in
Butter
1 cupCooked carrots, cut in
Chunks
1 cupCooked potatoes, cut in
Chunks
1 cupBeef gravy
1/4 cupButter
1 1/2 cupFlour
1 cupGrated Cheddar cheese
1 tbspDried minced onion
1 tbspSugar
2 tspBaking powder
1 tspSalt
1 1/2 cupMilk
Procedures:
1Combine beef,onions,carrots,potatoes and gravy.set aside.melt in bottom of 8" square baking dish in 350 degree oven.combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl.stir until blended.pour in baking dish.
2Pour beef mixture over batter.do not stir.bake 1 hour and serve
