Ingredients:
CRUST
1 tbspOil
1/4 cupGranulated sugar
1 tspCinnamon
1 cupCorn flake crumbs
FILLING
8 ozFat-free cream cheese --
Softened
14 ozFat-free sweetened condensed
Milk
1/3 cupLemon juice
1 tspPure vanilla extract
3 medBananas -- sliced
2 tbspLemon juice
2 medBananas -- sliced
Procedures:
1In a mixing bowl, combine oil, sugar, cinnamon, and corn flake crumbs.
2Press into bottom of a 9" pie pan; chill.
3Meanwhile, in another mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, 1/3 cup lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
4Line 3 bananas onto bottom of chilled crust.
5Turn filling into crust.
6Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
7Dip remaining bananas in remaining lemon juice.
8Arrange banana slices over top of pie
