Ingredients:

| oz | (2 pkgs) frozen broccoli | | | Cauliflower & carrots with | | | Cheese flaveored sauce | | 1/2
| cup | Sliced celery | | 10 1/2
| oz | Campbell's Cream of | | | Mushroom soup (1 can) | | 1
| cup | Chopped cooked chicken or | | | Turkey | | 2
| oz | (1 jar) diced pimiento | | | Including liquid | | 1
| cup | Seasoned croutons, crushed |

Procedures:
| 1 | 1>. | | 2 | Cut a large "x" across one side of each pouch of vegetables. | | 3 | Place pouches cut-side down in an 8-inch square baking dish. | | 4 | Microwave on high eight to ten minutes. | | 5 | Set aside. | | 6 | 2>. | | 7 | Place celery in a 1-cup glass measure and cover with plastic wrap. | | 8 | Mocrowave on high two minutes, or until softened. | | 9 | Empty vegetables and sauce from pouches into same baking dish. | | 10 | Add celery, soup and chicken. | | 11 | Combine well and stir in pimiento gently. | | 12 | Top with croutons. | | 13 | 3>. | | 14 | Do not cover dish. | | 15 | Rotating midway through cooking, microwave on high 10 to 12 minutes, or until bubbly hot |
