| tsp | Lemon Juice | | 1/2
| tsp | Lemon Rind, Grated | | 1
| | Unbaked 9-inch Pie Shell | | 4
| | Pears, Medium, * | | | ALMOND TOPPING | | 1
| cup | Unbleached Flour | | 1/2
| cup | Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed | | 1/4
| tsp | Ginger, Ground | | 1/2
| cup | Butter Or Regular Margarine | | 1/2
| cup | Almonds, Coarsely Chopped |

Procedures:
