Ingredients:
3 lbsVeal, lean, ground
1 ea Egg, well beaten
2 tbspButter, melted
1/8 tspPepper
1/8 tspNutmeg
3/4 cupBread crumbs
1 tbspParsley, chopped
1 tspSalt
1 tbspOnion, chopped
1/2 cupStock
Procedures:
1Mix all the ingredients together and moisten with the stock.
2Pack into a greased loaf pan.
3Dot with butter or other shortening and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
4Serve hot or cold as desired
