Ingredients:

| lbs | Veal, lean, ground | | | 1 ea Egg, well beaten | | 2
| tbsp | Butter, melted | | 1/8
| tsp | Pepper | | 1/8
| tsp | Nutmeg | | 3/4
| cup | Bread crumbs | | 1
| tbsp | Parsley, chopped | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| tbsp | Onion, chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Stock |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix all the ingredients together and moisten with the stock. | | 2 | Pack into a greased loaf pan. | | 3 | Dot with butter or other shortening and bake at 350°F for 1 hour. | | 4 | Serve hot or cold as desired |
