Ingredients:
8 quartTomato, green
4 lbsBrown sugar
1 tbspSalt
1 tspAllspice
1 tspGinger
1 cupVinegar
2 Lemon
2 lbsRaisins
2 tspCloves
1 tbspCinnamon
1/2 tspMace
Procedures:
1Scald and peel the tomatoes.
2Put through a food chopper with the lemons.
3Add sugar, raisins, vinegar and spices and cook about 45 minutes.
4Pour into sterilized jars and seal
