Ingredients:
3 lbsPork
1 quartSauerkraut
1 xWater
1 xSalt & pepper
Procedures:
1Wipe piece of pork with a damp cloth, place in large stewing pan and cover with cold water.
2Set over flame to cook slowly for one hour.
3Add the sauerkraut and more water if necessary and continue cooking for another hour or until meat has become thoroughly tender.
4Season with salt and pepper.
5Serve with mashed potatoes
