Ingredients:
| | 6 ea Med Potato, sweet | | 1 1/2
| cup | Apple, sliced | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| cup | Brown sugar | | 4
| tbsp | Butter | | 1
| tsp | Mace |

Procedures:
| 1 | Boil sweet potatoes until tender. | | 2 | Slice in ?inch pieces. | | 3 | Butter a baking dish and put a layer of sweet potatoes in bottom, then a layer of apples. | | 4 | Sprinkle with sugar, salt and mace, and dot with butter. | | 5 | Repeat until dish is filled, having the top layer of apples. | | 6 | Bake at 350°F about 50 minutes |
