Ingredients:
1 tbspButter
1 lbsCheese
1 tbspFlour
1 tspMustard, dry
1/2 tspSalt
1 eachEgg, well beaten
1 ea Sm Onion, minced
1 cupMilk
1 cupCatsup
1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
1/4 tspPaprika
Procedures:
1Cut cheese in small pieces.
2Melt the butter in top of a double boiler, add the onion and cook until onion is soft.
3Stir in the flour and blend; then gradually add the milk and mix well.
4Add the cheese and cook until the cheese has melted.
5Mix together the catsup, mustard, worcestershire sauce, salt and paprika; add to cheese sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
6Stir in the egg and cook one minute longer.
7Serve at once on toast or crackers
