| cup | Milk | | | HAM FILLING | | 3/4
| lbs | Ground cooked, lean ham | | | Apx. 2 ?c lightly packed | | 1/2
| cup | Light cream | | 1/8
| tbsp | Pepper | | 1
| tbsp | Dry mustard | | 2
| tbsp | Pickle relish | | | BEEF FILLING | | 3/4
| lbs | Ground, raw beef | | 1/2
| tbsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tbsp | Pepper | | 3/4
| cup | Chili sauce | | 1/4
| cup | Finely chopped onion |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 450f sift together dry ingredients. | | 2 | Cut in shortening. | | 3 | Add milk mixing lightly until dry mixture is dampened. | | 4 | Turn on to floured board, knead for a few seconds. | | 5 | Roll into a rectangle approximately 10 x 12". | | 6 | Mix ingredients of desired filling together well. | | 7 | Spread on biscuit dough. | | 8 | Roll up like a jelly roll, and cut into 1" slices. | | 9 | Place slices on greased baking sheet. | | 10 | Bake 12 to 18 minutes, until lightly browned |
