Ingredients:
20 gramsButter
30 gramsFlour
1/2 literMeatBouillon
50 gramsCreamCheese
Salt
White Pepper
Rasped nutmeg
2 tbspDry white wine
1 tbspFine chopped parsley
Procedures:
1Melt the butter in an open dish for about ?minute at 700 watt.
2Stir de flour through the butter.
3Add the bouillon and heat it in a covered dish until it cooks, meanwhile stir a few times.
4Cut the creamcheese into smaal boxes and add it to the soup.
5Cover it and let it melt 2 minutes.
6Make it ti taste with the wine, pepper and nutmeg.
7Serve it with the parsley
