Ingredients:

| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Baking powder | | | 2 ea Egg, separated | | 1 1/2
| tbsp | Flour |

Procedures:
| 1 | Grate the potatoes and add the beaten egg yolks. | | 2 | Stir in the flour, baking powder and salt and mix well. | | 3 | Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. | | 4 | Cook by spoonfuls in heavy skillet in hot fat. | | 5 | Serve with apple sauce |
