Ingredients:
8 ea Potato, cubed
1 tbspButter
1 ea Egg, well beaten
1/4 cupMilk
1 quartMilk
1 xSalt & pepper
1/2 cupFlour
Procedures:
1Boil the potatoes until soft.
2Drain off all the water.
3Add the milk and heat thoroughly; season to taste.
4Work the butter into the flour and then add the egg and ?cup milk, using only enough milk to make mixture thin enough to drop into the hot milk.
5Add to hot milk mixture.
6Cover the saucepan and cook about 10 minutes.
7Serve at once.
