Ingredients:
| | 8 ea Potato, cubed | | 1
| tbsp | Butter | | | 1 ea Egg, well beaten | | 1/4
| cup | Milk | | 1
| quart | Milk | | 1
| x | Salt & pepper | | 1/2
| cup | Flour |

Procedures:
| 1 | Boil the potatoes until soft. | | 2 | Drain off all the water. | | 3 | Add the milk and heat thoroughly; season to taste. | | 4 | Work the butter into the flour and then add the egg and ?cup milk, using only enough milk to make mixture thin enough to drop into the hot milk. | | 5 | Add to hot milk mixture. | | 6 | Cover the saucepan and cook about 10 minutes. | | 7 | Serve at once. |
