Ingredients:
4 quartApple
1 1/2 quartCider
1 tspCinnamon
1 tspCloves
2 quartWater
1 1/2 lbsSugar
1 tspAllspice
Procedures:
1Wash and slice the apples into small bits.
2Cover with the water and boil until soft.
3Press through a sieve to remove skins and seeds.
4Bring cider to a boil and then add apple pulp and sugar and cook until it thickens, constantly stirring to prevent scorching.
5Add spices and cook until it is thick enough for spreading.
6Pour into sterilized jars and seal
