Ingredients:

| cup | Cauliflower | | 3/4
| cup | Ham | | 1/2
| cup | Cheese Whiz | | 2
| tbsp | Milk | | 1/3
| cup | Bisquick | | 1
| tbsp | Butter or margarine | | 1
| tbsp | Cheddar Cheese, shredded | | 1/4
| tsp | Ground nutmeg | | 4
| each | Baking potatoes |

Procedures:
| 1 | Arrange cauliflower in ungreased rectangular baking dish, sprinkle with ham. | | 2 | Combine cheese whiz and milk until smooth, pour over ham. | | 3 | Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly, sprinkle over cheese mixture. | | 4 | If recipe is doubled, use 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup instead of cheese whiz. | | 5 | This should micro-cook on high, covered for 5-6 minutes, uncovered for 3-4 minutes. | | 6 | Micro-cook potatoes before casserole and keep warm wrapped in foil. | | 7 | To oven bake: bake at 400 °F until topping is golden brown, 20-25 minutes. | | 8 | Put potatoes in oven, pricked, with casserole. | | 9 | Serve with fresh fruit |
