Ingredients:
| 2
| each | Egg, separated | | 1
| cup | Milk | | 1
| each | Lemon, juice of | | 1
| tbsp | Butter, melted | | 1
| cup | Sugar | | 3
| tbsp | Flour | | 1
| each | Lemon, rind of | | 1
| pinch | Salt |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix the sugar and flour together and add the lemon juice and rind, slightly beaten egg yolks, butter and salt. | | 2 | Stir in the milk and mix well. | | 3 | Beat the whites until stiff and fold into the first mixture. | | 4 | Pour into custard cups. | | 5 | Set the cups in pan with hot water and bake at 350°F about 40 minutes. | | 6 | The sponge may also be baked in pie shell. |
