Ingredients:
1 cupRaisins
1 cupMolasses
1 tspSalt
1 x*dissolved in:
1/2 tspCinnamon
1/2 tspAllspice
1 xFlour
1 cupSuet, chopped
1 cupMilk
1 tspSoda
1/4 cupWater, boiling
1/2 tspNutmeg
1/4 tspCloves
Procedures:
1Combine and mix all the ingredients above, adding the dissolved soda last.
2Pour into a well-greased mold, cover tightly and steam for 3 hours.
3Serve with brown sugar pudding sauce
