Ingredients:
1 xCabbage
1/4 cupVinegar
1 tspSalt
1 ea Egg
1 tbspSugar
1 dashPepper
Procedures:
1Shred cabbage rather fine.
2Put in sauce pan and sprinkle with salt.
3Cover pan and place over a low flame and steam until very tender.
4Beat the egg, add the sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar and pour over the steamed cabbage.
5Heat for 5 minutes.
6Serve at once
