Ingredients:
| | 3 ea Egg | | 1/2
| cup | Milk | | 1
| tsp | Soda | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| x | Parsley, minced | | 1
| tbsp | Butter, melted | | 1/2
| cup | Cream | | 3
| cup | Flour | | 1
| x | Potato | | 1
| x | Butter |

Procedures:
| 1 | Beat eggs, add milk, cream, soda, salt and melted butter. | | 2 | Mix well. | | 3 | Gradually add flour until dough is stiff enough to roll. | | 4 | (may require up to 4 cups). | | 5 | Roll on floured board and line a cooking kettle with the dough. | | 6 | Place a large piece of butter in bottom of kettle and add peeled and quartered potatoes alternately with small pieces of the dough. | | 7 | The top layer should be potatoes. | | 8 | Sprinkle with salt, pepper and minced parsley. | | 9 | Dot with butter. | | 10 | Add 1 ?to 2 cups water. | | 11 | Bake at 350°F about 3 hours |
