Ingredients:
1 cupSugar
1 lbsCream cheese
1 cupHalf & half
1 x*pastry
2 tbspFlour
4 eachEgg
1 tspVanilla
Procedures:
1Line a deep pan with pastry.
2Mix flour and sugar together; add the cream cheese and mix thoroughly.
3Beat eggs slightly, add the cream and vanilla and combine with first mixture.
4Pour into pastry shell, which has been baking at 400°F until starting to brown.
5Remove only long enough to pour in filling.
6Reduce heat to 325°F and bake for 40 minutes
