Ingredients:
4 largeCarrots
1/3 cupButter or margarine
1/2 cupSugar
1 tbspSalt
1/3 tbspCinnamon
1 tbspWater
Procedures:
1Scrape and cut carrots into thin strips.
2Place carrots in a deep, 1 ?quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole.
3Set aside.
4In a small, heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl combine remaining ingredients.
5Heat, uncovered, in microwave oven 1 minute or until butter is melted.
6Spoon butter-sugar mixture over carrots.
7Heat, covered, in microwave oven 7 minutes.
8Spoon sauce over carrots and heat, uncovered, in microwave oven an additional 3 minutes
