Ingredients:
4 ea Egg
1 1/2 cupFlour
1 tspCinnamon
3/4 cupRaisins
3/4 cupWine
3/4 cupCoffee
1 lbsBrown sugar
1 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspCloves
3/4 cupNuts, chopped

Procedures:
1Beat the eggs well.
2Add sugar, cloves and cinnamon.
3Sift flour three times, add the baking powder and sift into the egg mixture alternately with the wine (or substituted coffee).
4Mix nuts and raisins together and sprinkle with 2 tbsp of flour.
5Add to mixture and beat thoroughly.
6Pour batter in flat, greased pans and bake at 400°F about 15 minutes
