-blossom honey)

Grated orange rind

Orange juice

Orange extract
Procedures:

In 1-quart saucepan, heat honey and butter just until bub- bly.

Remove from heat and stir in orange rind, orange juice, and the orange extract.

Pour into a jar or container.
