Orange-ginger pork roast

Ingredients:
1 tspDried mustard
1 tspSalt
1/2 tspWhite pepper
1/2 tspGround ginger
1 3-4 pound boneless pork loin
- roast (double loin, rolled
- and tied
GLAZE
1 cupOrange marmalade
1/4 cupLight corn syrup
2 tbspLemon juice
1/2 tspDry mustard
1/2 tspGround giner
Procedures:
1Combine dry mustard, salt, white pepper, and ground ginger; mix well and rub into roast.
2Place roast on rack in a shallow roasting pan.
3Insert meat thermometer so bulb is in center of thickest part of roast.
4Cook, uncolvered, in a 325°F oven for 35-40 minutes per pound or till meat thermometer registers 170 degrees, basting with glaze every 10 minutes during the last 30 minutes of cooking time.
5Let roast stand 10 minutes before carving to allow juices to set.
6: yields 10 to 12 servings.
7For glaze: in a medium saucepan combine orange marmalade, corn syrup, lemon juice, dry mustard and ground ginger.
8Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently
