Ingredients:

| each | Bananas, sliced | | 2
| each | Oranges, sectioned | | 1/2
| cup | Dates, chopped | | 20
| oz | Pineapple chunks | | 2
| tbsp | Vinegar, white wine | | 1
| tsp | Curry powder | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| cup | Oil, salad | | 1
| each | Salad greens, crisp | | 1
| each | Cottage cheese or cooked | | 1
| x | Chicken breast | | 1
| each | Peanuts, salted, chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine bananas, oranges and dates in a large bowl. | | 2 | Drain pineapple, reserving ?cup juice. | | 3 | Add pineapple to fruit. | | 4 | Combine juice with vinegar, curry powder, salt and salad oil. | | 5 | Shake well. | | 6 | Pour over fruit. | | 7 | Marinate about 30 minutes. | | 8 | Arrange crisp greens on a large platter or 6 salad plates. | | 9 | Spoon cottage cheese or chicken breast on top. | | 10 | Spoon fruit mixture over all. | | 11 | Top with chopped peanuts |
